The company Bo Mashaba Technologies was born out of a collaboration
agreement between Basix Technologies and Mabela Dynamic Projects.
The company has commenced trading with the aim of meeting the
government's transference of skills and Broad Based Black Economic
Empowerment policies.
Bo Mashaba Technologies specializes in technical Project Management
and through our communication and documentation we ensure that
all project work is carried out according to the project plans.
We employ planning processes to track deliverables, resources,
issues and risks pertaining to all aspects within the security
arena. All processes and events are logged and managed using
various tools and methodologies to communicate to project team
members and key stakeholders.
One of the pillars of our methodology is the involvement of
all the concerned parties during all the stages of the project
so as to reduce the risk of failure and to successfully transfer
the ownership to the stakeholders once the project has been
